Fresh espresso liquid are extracted in high temperature and sealed right away in the bottle to preserve its aroma and taste and ensure no bacteria survives.
Referring to the production date label on the bottle, the unopened bottle can be stored in room temperature for 7 days, and 30 days in a fridge for best tasting period. Once opened, keep it in the fridge and finish it within 2 weeks. It is recommended to store the bottle in your fridge whether it is unopened or opened.
We are glad you asked! Brewing a cup of milk coffee is a simple 1-2-3 steps OR watch the brewing instructional clip as below:
1. For a single shot coffee, pour 20ml of espresso shots from the bottle into a cup. Scale it if you are a perfectionist :)
2. Pour 150ml of warm milk or cold milk and mix it with the espresso shots.
3. That's it! Enjoy your specialty milk coffee!
Of course! Long black is a pretty common type of coffees where you could pour 20ml of Voskos espresso shots into 80-120ml of hot/cold water (~1:4 ratio). Tada! See the video clip below.

Caramel-colored and creamy in texture, the foamy puff is created when hot water emulsifies coffee bean oils and floats atop the espresso with smooth little bubbles. It is definitely drinkable.
