Voskos currently only ships locally across states and territories in Australia. Our delivery service partner will strive to provide our customers the best product purchasing experience. Shipping calculated upon checkout. Please note that your shipping addresses need to be either a residential address or a business address, no PO Box is allowed.
Once an order is placed, the customer would receive a tracking number to keep track of the progress the product is packed, shipped, and delivered to your doorstep. Each order would be processed within 2 to 5 business days after an order was placed. The shipping times varies depending on the location. On average scenario, our shipping partner does the best job to fulfil the order within 7-10 business days, however, that is not 100% guaranteed.Â
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Voskos website. so we have a a 7 days refund policy (after the order is fulfilled). If you found the goods have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don't function properly, please kindly contact us at support@voskos.co with your:

- The reason for refund
Please note that we don't accepted opened goods, and if your refund request has been approved, the original shipping charges are nonrefundable.Â
