1. Promoter

The promoter of this giveaway is Voskos Co, a company based in Victoria, Australia.

2. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to residents of Australia who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.
  • Employees of Voskos Co and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

  • Only unique first name, last name, email address, phone number, and Instagram account would be considered. The same person cannot enter the campaign twice.

  • Participants must complete all entry requirements as stated in the Entry Requirements below.

3. Entry Requirements

To enter the giveaway, participants must:

  1. Follow @voskos.co Instagram page
  2. Like and Share the specified giveaway post to their Instagram story and tag @voskos.co in their story post.
  3. Fill out the contact form available from https://voskos.co/pages/enter-to-win-subminimal-nanofoamer-pro

4. Entry Period

  • The giveaway begins on 20th August 2024 2:00 PM AEST and the last entry ends at 11:59 PM AEST on August 27, 2024.
  • Entries submitted after the closing date will not be accepted.

5. Prizes

  • Two (2) winners will each receive one (1) Subminimal Nanofoamer Pro.
  • Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or other products.

6. Winner Selection

  • Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
  • To ensure the fairness of the campaign, the two winners cannot be the same person.
  • The draw will take place on August 30, 2024 11:00 am AEST, and winners will be announced publicly on Instagram.

7. Announcement and Verification

  • Winners will be announced via the company's Instagram page and contacted through the details provided in the contact form.
  • By entering, participants agree that their first and last names may be publicly displayed on Instagram to ensure the fairness of the draw. Voskos Co might require the winner to present a valid Australia ID to claim the prize.
  • Winners must provide a valid Australian shipping address for the prize delivery. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of being contacted, Voskos Co reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Disqualification

Voskos Co reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not meet the entry requirements, is incomplete, or is suspected of being fraudulent or automated.

9. Privacy

  • The personal information collected from participants is used solely for the purposes of administering this giveaway.
  • Voskos Co will handle all personal information in accordance with its privacy policy, available in the "General Terms and Conditions" section below this page.

10. Liability

  • Voskos Co is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the acceptance or use of any prize.
  • Voskos Co is not responsible for any technical issues or failures that may affect the ability to enter the giveaway.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

Loyalty

The Voskos Loyalty Program is meant for personal use and orders only. We reserve the right to restrict or prohibit users from accessing certain benefits or features offered to Loyalty Members, at our full discretion, if abuse is perceived to be present.
